Donna Mott, ODNS 3s Teacher, will be teaching the Kindergarten class. Donna has her BA in Psychology and her Masters in Elementary Education. She is a NJ Certified K-5 teacher. Donna has taught both Kindergarten and 1st Grade. Her previous Kindergarten position was in the Livingston School District.
ODNS Kindergarten will be following the NJ Kindergarten Implementation Guidelines and we will incorporate the public school district’s curriculum by referencing their textbooks.
OD Kindergarten will serve as a natural bridge between the emergent curriculum and readiness skills formed in our school and the academic skills necessary for continued success and independence throughout elementary school. Our program will be in compliance with NJ core curriculum and will implement additional modalities to satisfy varied learning styles. ODNS Kindergarten will focus on academics, independent thinking, social emotional development… and fun!
